EMA a well-known distributor of automobile tires in Greece reorganizes its supply chain with Logistics Vision Suite

EMA was established in 1958 and is a strategic business partner of well-known international houses. The company is active in the Greek vehicle aftermarket in the following sections:
- Representative and distributor of automobile tires of the German Industrial enterprise Continental A.G. with the commercial brands of Continental, Uniroyal, Barum, Semperit, Viking and Sportiva.
- Marketing and Distribution of Castrol, Aral and 77 lubricants allover Greece.
- Owner and Master Franchiser of a vehicle service stations chain with the Fit&Go brand which consists of 20 in total vehicle service stations, 16 of which are based in the Attica area, 2 in Salonica, 1 in Heraklion Crete and one in Rhodes.
EMA needed to reorganize their supply chain to increase inventory accuracy and improve their overall warehouse efficiency. The copany had special needs related to the tires industry such as product location, picking, shipping, tire aging alerts finding a logistics solution to cover all these needs was very high.
In order to reorganize their supply chain management EMA has invested in Logistics Vision by Mantis with which all the warehouse management activities of the company are performed, targeting the full coverage of the special needs of its customers' demands.
